My favorite “cocktail” for better energy.

If you follow me on Instagram you should know by now that I love LMNT electrolytes. I use it to make my adrenal cocktail. Mix one packet with 2 oz of OJ and 14 oz of water. 

Mineral support is very important in peri and post menopause. Did you know that water makes up 70% of a healthy, young woman and that percentage decreases with age? In post-menopausal women it is closer to only 55%.

  • Imbalanced hormones change our fluid balance.

  • Progesterone acts as a diuretic.

  • Estrogen can act as a fluid retaining hormone.
