The Real Sara

I AM A 46 YEAR OLD MOM OF 4 KIDS AND A WIFE OF 23 YEARS. WE ARE IN A SUPER BUSY TIME IN OUR LIVES WITH THE KIDS AND ALL THEIR SPORTS. I WOULDN’T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY, BUT WITH ALL THE DRIVING AROUND AND COACHING BASKETBALL THAT I DO, MY EVENINGS ARE FILLED.

We women do that, rush and take care of everyone else, never stopping to take care of ourselves sometimes right? That was pretty easy for me to do, up until I turned 40…

After I turned 40, I started to gain weight and nothing seemed to be helping. I tried literally every health plan on the market. 


I did Keto, Vegan, Whole 30, Containers, Meal Timing, Paleo....I even bought the skinny tea! You name it; I tried it.  But, nothing worked for long. I was SO frustrated and figured this was just what happened after 40.

All hope is not lost!

Not every day is rainbows and puppies, but I can say that I finally have the tools we need as women in our 40s, 50s, and 60s to get lean, strong, healthy & feel our best!
