Rice Ramen
If you have been to Costco recently, you might have seen the Lotus Foods Rice Ramen recently. Let me give you a great recipe to try out with it!
Ingredients:
Rice Ramen
2lbs shrimp
Mushroom
Broccolini
Zuchinni
32 oz chicken broth
Favorite Spices
Ingredients:
Boil water and add ramen (I used 3 sections). Sauté shrimp. Sauté veggies. Drain ramen. Season shrimp with spices. I like to use garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika, but anything works! Add chicken broth to pot and return ramen, season ramen, simmer until warm. Mix in cooked veggies and shrimp. Enjoy!
