Do you like crab cakes? These are amazing. This recipe makes only 2 cakes, so you will want to double or triple for more people! Will you try it?

Ingredients:

  • 1T almond flour

  • 1T mayo

  • 1T stone ground mustard

  • 1/2 T coffee bbq seasoning

  • 6oz canned crab meat

  • 1 T diced green onion

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Sauce:

  • 1T mayo

  • 1t capers

  • 2 bread and butter pickles, diced

  • 1t coffee bbq seasoning

  • Juice of 1/4 lemon

  • 1t apple cider vinegar

Directions:

For cakes mix first 5 ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup almond flour on a plate. Heat oil in a skillet. Roll crab mix into a ball and pat with almond flour on plate. Place cakes into skillet and sauté for 4 min each side being careful not to burn. Carefully flip so they don’t fall apart. For sauce, mix all ingredients and serve with crab cakes.
