Lemony Mango Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to flood your body with micronutrients which are the vitamins and minerals needed for the proper functioning of your body!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 frozen pineapple
1/4 spinach
1T Hemp Seeds
juice of 1/4 lemon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 cilantro leaves
