One of my biggest tips I give to my clients is to be prepared. You do not have to meal prep, but having things on hand makes eating healthy EASIER!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 12 oz cooked butternut squash

  • 2 oz goat or feta cheese

  • 6 eggs (plus 6 egg whites optional)

Directions:

Divide all ingredients into 6 cups. Bake at 365 for 25 min or until cooked through. Store in refrigerator.
