Cinnamon Cream Cheese French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices cinnamon raisin bread

  • 2 eggs

  • 2T cream cheese (vegan option)

  • 1t maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

I used gluten free bread and Miyokos vegan cream cheese. Heat skillet with olive oil or spray. Spread cream cheese on bread. Whisk eggs in bowl. Place bread together like a sandwich. Dip both sides in egg mixture to coat. Place in skillet. Cook on medium heat until egg starts to cook through. Flip and cook until egg is cooked! Serve with maple syrup and fruit!
