Blueberry Muffins
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1T melted butter
1.5 cups almond flour
3/4t baking soda
Dash of salt
1/2 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 350. Mash banana, egg, and butter. Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Fold in berries. Pour into muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
