Balsamic Dressing

I love a good salad, but so many dressings have yucky oils and weird ingredients.  Did you know it’s super easy to make your own? You can add some honey to this if you like sweetness.  Throw together a salad with all the veggies in your fridge plus either some leftover meat or hard boiled eggs!

Sara's Easy Balsamic Dressing

1T olive oil

2t balsamic vinegar

2t stone ground mustard

1t total of Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Pour all into a small dish or tea cup.  Use a whisk and whisk until thick. Pour on salad.  I suggest double or tripling this recipe and storing in your fridge for a few days.  Just take it out before you make your salad in case the oil has solidified. Enjoy!

I love these muffins for a snack or breakfast!  They even have no sugar! Add a little Kerrygold butter to make them extra yummy!
