Basil Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
2lbs ground turkey
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
3oz fresh mozzarella chopped (or feta)
2 Tbsp savory seasonings (garlic, onion, rosemary, oregano, salt, etc.)
Directions:
Mix all together. Form into 8 patties. Heat skilled with oil, cook patties in batches on medium heat until cooked through. About 5 minutes each side. Enjoy!
