Pecan Fat Bombs
Ingredients:
1 cup raw pecans or pecan meal
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1T honey (optional)
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut set aside in a small bowl for coating
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor except the coconut that is reserved for coating. Blend until it’s a dough like texture. Roll into balls, roll in reserved coconut and freeze for 30 min. Enjoy!
