Nut Butter Balls
Low carb, GF, DF, Egg Free...and still taste good!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp coconut flour
3 Tbsp any non-dairy milk
3 Tbsp coconut sugar or xylitol
10 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
3 Tbsp coconut sugar or xylitol
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all together except topping.
Roll into balls.
Roll in topping mixture.
Refrigerate or freeze.
Enjoy!
