Nut Butter Balls

Low carb, GF, DF, Egg Free...and still taste good!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

  • 3 Tbsp coconut flour

  • 3 Tbsp any non-dairy milk

  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar or xylitol

  • 10 drops liquid stevia 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Topping:

  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar or xylitol 

  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all together except topping.

  2. Roll into balls.

  3. Roll in topping mixture.

  4. Refrigerate or freeze.

  5. Enjoy!
