TURKEY BURGERS
• 2lbs ground turkey
• 1/8 cup stone ground mustard
• 1/8 cup crumbled feta
• 2T garlic powder
• 1t onion powder
• dash of sea salt
• 2T chopped cilantro
Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Warm avocado oil in skillet. Add patties in batches. Flip and cook until cooked through.
You don’t want to skip this one! SO GOOD! Top with avocado, service with rice and salad.
