Lemony Garlic White Fish

Even the kids ate this! It’s always a bonus when they approve of a healthy meal! Do you like fish at your house?

Ingredients:

  • 3 white fish filets (I used Mahi Mahi)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Olive oil

  • 2 T butter

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Fresh parsley

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet. Add fish. Season with salt and pepper and add butter evenly on top of filets. Cook for 6 minutes on one side, medium heat. Flip over. Add garlic and lemon juice to skillet alongside the fish. Cook 6 more minutes, making sure garlic doesn’t burn by moving it on top of fish once softened. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
