Homemade Chicken Bone Broth
1 chicken carcass (can be from your own roasted chicken or a store bought rotisserie chicken
About 4 cups of water
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
Optional: celeery, carrots, garlic & onions for more flavor
Place chicken carcass, water and apple cider vinegar in a crockpot and place on low for 12-13 hours.
Strain the broth into a jar or container. Broth can also be frozen into a silicone muffin pan to use later in smaller batches.
