Cinnamon Almond Milk 

Have you ever made this? Would you try it to avoid the expensive and often crappy almond milk at the grocery store? I love to have it in my coffee and it does not break my fast!!

  • 2 cups almond

  • 3 cups water

  •  1T cinnamon

  • 1t vanilla extract (optional)

  1. Soak almonds in water for 12 hours.

  2. Rinse and add almonds and water to blender.

  3. Blend and pour into nutmilk bag. 

  4. Squeeze into a glass jar and discard pulp.

  5. After squeezing all of it, add back to blender and add cinnamon and vanilla.

  6. Blend and pour back into glass jar. Enjoy!
