Bone Broth Recipe
Want a delicious chicken broth for your Holiday cooking or want to get the most from your turkey this year? Bone broth is so EASY to make and super flavorful. You can drink it to boost health or use it for cooking. It’s so good for you with lots of nutrients, collagen, glutamine that helps with digestion and healing the gut, and glycine to help you sleep!
Ingredients:
Bones of chicken or turkey
1 T apple cider vinegar
Carrots
Onion
Celery
Parsley
Garlic cloves
1T peppercorns
2-3 cups water
Directions:
The amounts don’t matter too much. You’ll throw it all in the instant pot or crock pot. I like to break up the bones a little. If using the crock pot, cook on low for 12 hours. If using the instant pot, cook on manual for 90 minutes. Strain. Let cool. Pour into silicone muffin molds and freeze. Pop out and store in a sealed bag.
