Blueberry Mango Smoothie
The perfect treat for a hot day!
Ingredients:
1 oz frozen banana
1 oz frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup water
1/4 cup spinach or baby kale raw
2 scoops vanilla paleo protein
1/2 cup ice
Blend all ingredients for a delicious smoothie. I like my ninja one cup blender for the creamiest smoothie! Add frozen blueberries on top!
