Apple Crisp

6 apples sliced and peeled

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1T coconut, regular, or almond Flour

  • 1T Cinnamon

  • ¼ Cup Water

  • 1 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats

  • 1  Cup Coconut or Regular Flour

  • ¼ TSP Baking Powder

  • ¼ TSP Baking Soda

  • ½ Cup Butter, melted

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 

  2. Place the sliced apples in a 9x13 inch pan that is greased with oil. Mix the sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon together,  sprinkle over apples. Pour water evenly over all.

  3. Combine oats, 1 cup flour, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
